Alfano’s House Salad

(romaine lettuce with antipasto garnish, dressed with Chianti vinaigrette)

Garlic Bread

 

1) Eggplant Parmesan—fresh eggplant in a light egg wash, baked with Provolone cheese, sauced with marinara. Served with spaghetti.

2) Chicken Parmesan—lightly breaded chicken breast, baked with Provolone cheese, sauced with marinara. Served with spaghetti marinara.

3) Salmon Picatta—Atlantic salmon filet, finished with lemon, butter, white wine & capers. Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable medley.

4) Penne Bolognese—ground beef and Italian sausage, simmered with marinara sauce, over Penne pasta.

Dr. Kerry Szymanski is a stand-up comedian, speaker, college professor and published author. She brings her real-life experiences to her stand-up comedy performances. Since 2014, “Dr. Kerry” has been sharing her love of stand-up comedy with audiences across the country. She has performed at the Fort Lauderdale Improv, Palm Beach Improv, Carlson Comedy Club, Library Comedy Club, Cricket Comedy Club and has hosted several comedy shows and showcases across Florida. Currently, she is the Director of the Tampa Bay Women's Business Centre, helping entrepreneurs to launch and grow successful businesses. Through her talk, "Laugh It Off - what stand-up comedy can teach business owners about resiliency", she has spoken to businesses, economic development council, chambers of commerce, civic clubs and associations. Her breadth of experience includes marketing consultant, college marketing professor, national public speaker, boutique owner and corporate marketing executive. Kerry holds her DBA from Argosy University, MBA from the University of Oregon and BA in International Relations from Syracuse University. She is the author of Seduce Your Customers and contributing author of Advertising and the World Wide Web.
